Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email box account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else.
